🕊️ Prayer for Protection from Evil and Black Magic

Heavenly Father,
I come before You with faith and trust. You are my refuge and strength, my protector and deliverer.
If there are any evil spirits or harmful powers working against me or my loved ones,
I ask You, Lord, to break their influence and destroy every curse, spell, or dark force in Jesus’ name.

Lord Jesus Christ,
You conquered sin and death by Your Cross.
Cover me now with Your Precious Blood,
and surround me with Your light and truth.
Send Your holy angels to guard me—
St. Michael, defend me in battle;
St. Benedict, protect me from all evil;
and Our Blessed Mother Mary, crush the head of the serpent under your feet.

Holy Spirit,
fill my heart with peace and courage.
Let no fear, anger, or confusion take hold of me.
Grant me the wisdom to walk in faith,
the strength to forgive,
and the grace to live in Your light always.

I declare that Jesus Christ is Lord—
and no darkness or evil power has authority over me,
for I belong to God.

Amen.

✝️ Optional Short Prayer (for quick daily use)

“Jesus, I trust in You.
Cover me with Your Precious Blood,
and protect me from all evil, harm, and deceit.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Amen.”

📖 Scripture to Reflect On

  • “The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear?” (Psalm 27:1)

  • “Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” (James 4:7)

  • “The Lord will protect you from all evil; He will keep your life.” (Psalm 121:7)

🌿 Reflection: Trust in God’s Power Over Darkness

When we feel that evil forces or black magic may be around us, our hearts can grow fearful. But remember—no darkness is greater than the light of Christ. The devil trembles before the name of Jesus. As Catholics, we are protected through prayer, the sacraments, and the Holy Spirit who dwells within us. When we stay close to God, receive the Eucharist, and live with faith and forgiveness, no curse or spell can have power over us. Evil may whisper, but God’s voice thunders with love. Walk in that confidence, and know that you are never alone—He has already won the battle for you.
